Its personnel was very responsive and professional, no complaints whatsoever. The hotel rooms were brand-new and pet-friendly with the vintage and ping-pong tables and a spacious stand-up shower.

Liked our reasonably large and well-designed room equipped with soap, the vintage & 'vintage look' decor, great AC. The breakfast was outstanding, there was a great selection of food to chose from. It was in the very central location to UVA landmarks.

The hotel was newly decorated and fairly clean, with very very helpful and top-class staff in terms of customer service-nothing note worthy. We truly enjoyed the stay, my room was nicely decorated and well-kept with the A/C, the vintage and ping-pong tables.

I loved the room with space to set up a place for our dog pen, the bed was very comfy. Its location was indeed wonderful and only 5 minutes walk from an art museum.

We ate at a GOOD restaurant for dinner. Bed and pillows were great.
